Try A Rejuvenating Foot Soak:


For most of us, our schedule doesn’t end when we get home. Whether you have chores, kids, pets, or a side hustle to work on, take some time to re energize for your “second shift” by soaking your feet in a warm bath with essential oils. Fill your bathtub or a plastic basin with warm water and apply 3-5 drops of your chosen essential oil or blend (we recommend lemon and peppermint). Be sure to add a dispersant since oil and water do not mix. Soak, breathe, and rock the evening!

4 drops of Orange Essential Oil
3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
